Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to play. Some mature content is restricted to players 18 or older. If you are a minor, you may only use the Game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. License to play

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your use is also governed by our End-User License Agreement.

4. Virtual items and currencies

The Game includes virtual currencies and items — including gems, coin, vitaeline, Off-Watch Chits, and craftable equipment (together, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
• Are licensed to you, not sold; you receive a limited right to use them within the Game and you do not own them.
• Are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the Game.
• May expire, be modified, or be removed if your account is closed or the Game is discontinued, except where the law requires otherwise.

Except as required by applicable law, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

The Game offers in-app purchases, including one-time gem packs and an auto-renewing “Vanguard Pass” subscription. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase until you cancel. Manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the applicable app store according to its policies. We do not separately process refunds for app-store purchases.
• We may change prices and the contents of purchasable offers; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Advertising

The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Watching ads is always your choice and is never required to progress. Rewards are granted only for verified, completed ad views.

7. AI-generated content

The Bond Hall feature generates dialogue using a third-party AI model. Pilots are fictional characters, and their replies are produced by software — they are not real people and do not represent the views, advice, or statements of Briarheart LLC. You agree not to rely on AI-generated content as factual or professional advice, and not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content to the feature.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game except where the law permits.
• Access another player's account or disrupt our servers or other players.
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9. User content

If you submit content (for example, support messages or Bond Hall input), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Game. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to submit it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Game and all related content — including artwork, characters, names, lore, audio, and software — are owned by Briarheart LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Briarheart is our trademark.

11. Termination

You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. On termination, your license ends and your Virtual Items may be forfeited, except where the law requires otherwise.

12. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briarheart LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or Virtual Items. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Briarheart LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
