1. Who we are

The Game and this website are operated by Briarheart LLC. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at support@briarheart.app.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details. When you create an account we process a unique identifier and any sign-in credentials you choose (for example, an email address or a third-party sign-in). You may also play with an anonymous guest account.
• Bond Hall conversations.If you use the Game's AI-driven Bond Hall feature, the messages you write to in-game pilots are processed and stored so the conversation can continue (see Section 4).
• Support & wishlist. If you email support or join our launch wishlist, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

• Gameplay data. Your progress, collection, inventory, currencies, settings, and similar game state, stored so your save persists across sessions and devices.
• Device & usage data. Device model, operating system, app version, language, crash diagnostics, and general usage events used to operate and improve the Game.
• Advertising identifiers. If you choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement, our advertising partner may process a mobile advertising identifier to deliver and measure that ad.
• Purchase records. When you make an in-app purchase, we and our payment partners process a transaction identifier and entitlement status. We never receive or store your full payment-card number — that is handled by the app store.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and secure the Game and your save data.
• To deliver features you request, including AI Bond Hall conversations and rewarded ads.
• To process in-app purchases and subscriptions and grant the items you buy.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, cheating, and technical issues.
• To analyze usage so we can fix bugs and improve the experience.
• To send you a launch notification if you joined our wishlist (you can opt out at any time).

4. AI features (Bond Hall)

Briarheart includes an optional Bond Hall feature where you converse with fictional in-game pilots whose replies are generated by a third-party large language model. When you use this feature:

• Your messages are sent from our servers to our AI provider (OpenRouter, routing to the DeepSeek model family) solely to generate a reply.
• Your messages are screened by an automated moderation step before processing.
• The conversation history is stored in our database so the relationship and dialogue can continue across sessions.

Bond Hall dialogue is fiction generated by software. Pilots are not real people, and their replies are not statements of fact, advice, or the views of Briarheart LLC.

5. Third-party service providers

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Game, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting, and messaging.
• Google AdMob — rewarded video advertising (only if you opt to watch an ad).
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase and subscription management.
• OpenRouter / DeepSeek — AI text generation for Bond Hall.
• Apple App Store & Google Play — payment processing and billing for purchases.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our players or Briarheart LLC.

6. Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Certain mature relationship content (“Late Watch”) is gated and intended only for players who are 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@briarheart.app and we will delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@briarheart.app. You can also:

• Reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account.
• Request deletion of your account and associated game data.

We honor applicable privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or by other reasonable means.
